"My favorite part about Corning Incorporated was meeting truly genuine people who care about my career development"
Navya drinks three cups of tea a day to keep going throughout the day. Her routine didn’t change during her Human Resources internship at Corning Incorporated as she worked on several projects with the Compensation and Employee Relations teams this past summer.
“My favorite part about Corning Incorporated was meeting truly genuine people who care about my career development and give me meaningful projects that are relevant to my field,” Navya said.
Navya studies Human Resources Management and economics at Rutgers University, where she is currently a senior.
The work she did as a Corning intern certainly aligns with her tentative future plans.
“My plan is to pursue either a master’s in Human Resources Management or secure a full time-job in the HR function,” she said.
