This Employee Resource Group helps to promote the heritage of each Native American and create opportunities to share their culture by offering educational opportunities, networking, cultural events, and social gatherings.

Native American Council (NAC)

Because we are many, we are one.

This group represents Corning’s Native American employees and is open to any Corning employee who is interested in the Native American culture. They actively participate in the recruiting and retention of Native Americans and provide support to current and future Native American employees. This group promotes ethnic awareness through a variety of cultural events.

The Falling Leaves Festival is an interactive Powwow sponsored by the NAC and attracts nearly 2,000 attendees annually. It provides opportunities for the community to learn about Native American culture, history, and customs in a fun and educational environment.
