Through recruitment, advocacy, and career development, we strive to foster equity and representation for Black employees at all levels of leadership. We believe our united voice will drive sustainable advancement for all Black employees.
Interesting Fact
In 2020, the three ERGs – Society of Black Professionals, Black Technology Network, and Black Growth Council – took a powerful step together, deciding together to unite into a single Employee Resource Group. The consolidated ERG will leverage the strengths of its collective members and speak with one voice in working with key Corning leaders to fulfill its mission while honoring the legacies of the original groups.
