Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Jordana Kammerud was appointed senior vice president and chief human resources officer in July 2023. In this role, Kammerud is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Corning's people and culture investments to continue the company's longstanding position as a premier employer globally.
Kammerud joined Corning with more than 20 years of experience leading progressive HR functions and has deep expertise in people, technology, and change on a global scale and across multiple industries. Most recently, Kammerud served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Claire’s, where she was responsible for global human resources, as well as corporate strategy, and enterprise transformation management. Additionally, she led numerous technology, capability, and culture investments. Prior to that role, Kammerud served as senior vice president, chief human resources officer, at Core-Mark. She has also held human resources leadership positions with SC Johnson, American Express, and DaimlerChrysler.
Kammerud holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
